- drafts agreements and coordinates the cooperation with foreign universities in the framework of bilateral agreements
- keeps contact with domestic and international organizations, government bodies
- co-ordinates foreign language criteria subjects
- organizes and co-ordinates cross-border education
- is responsible for representing the university in various international education events
- recruits international students
- co-ordinates international applications
- administers the Science Without Borders and the Stipendium Hungaricum programs on the institutional level
- provides support and consultation for international students
- informs and advise the university community about the different international programs available within the scope of higher education
- co-ordinates international applications (Socrates/Erasmus, Leonardo, CEEPUS etc.),
- transacts system audits
- organizes international mobility for students and professors coordinates the domestic and international mobility applications
- ensures the operation of the homepage and application database and regular publishing of mobility results
